Jump Academy is a comprehensive jump program designed to enhance the fundamental qualities of improving explosive movement capacity.


This training consist of:


  • Dynamic warm up that is specifically created to teach explosive, elastic and reactive properties for improving ballistic capacity.


  • The power section will include reactive quickness drills, explosive, elastic, and reactive jumping activities.


  • Strength training will be biased toward improve the rate of force development, contrasting plyometric and moving at high velocity under load.

  •  Jump Academy is for you if you want to maximize your explosive jumping skill and ability.


  • If you’re aiming to jump with greater explosiveness and maximize your ability to apply your power.


  • If you want to develop sound jumping and landing mechanics as well as reactive quickness to be explosive on the court, field, or track.


  • If you need to increase your jumping height/distance or if you want to decrease reactive foot work and quickness.

Speed lab academy

Speed Lab is a comprehensive sprint program designed to enhance the fundamental qualities of improving acceleration and high velocity movement capacity.


This training consist of:


  • Dynamic warm up that is specifically created to teach key sprint-based movement patterns that enhance speed quality and performance.


  • The power portion is designed to improve the athlete’s reactivity, joint stiffness and coordination necessary for enhanced speed.


  • Movement will be biased to improving the three components of linear speed including: starting, acceleration and max velocity.


  • The movement portion will also include key components of angular speed and changing direction to enhance the overall movement potential of the athlete.


WHO IS SPEED SCHOOL FOR?


  • Speed Lab is for you if you want to improve your sprinting speed.


  • If you want to be more explosive and quicker in starts.


  • If you want to run smoother and more efficiently in your acceleration.


  • If you need to shave off time in your event (40yd Dash, 60yd Dash, ¾ Court Sprint, 100/200m Dash, etc.)
